Hi Arun, I tried the stupid mode =1 too. Same result. Took the modem all the way to the Sub Divisional Engineer's office in Kelly's and the modem works perfectly fine on Microsoft Windows when we tested it there. So I am ruling out a faulty modem. I am not sure if Signal stength is the issue bec
