I am trying to send a email where the userid has a eight bit character in it. I assume it is in ISO-8859-1 but in future it could be in UTF-8 too. According to http://www.faqs.org/rfcs/rfc2047.html I can work around the email address at the MUA level using Q encoding or a B encoding. But is it
