Hi All One of my mate upgraded glibc from glibc-2.3.3 to glibc-2.6.1-18 on a production server SLES 9 SP3 withou thinking any consequences. This also required to install openssl-devel-0.9.8a-18.4 openssl-0.9.8a-18.4 as one of the dependencies for glibc-2.6.-18, while compling NRPE pluging.
