Why not use some Internet hosting, maybe even Amazon.
Much simpler than maintaining a server, and you will very
likely get

Currently the site is being hosted from a Core 2 Duo based Dell OptiPlex 755
Desktop, one of over 60 usual systems in our lab. The site is under testing
for about two weeks on campus _intranet
