I'm not 100% sure, but provided the RAM is DDR2 667 or slower, it should
work, since the few macs I've worked on have standard memory. However,
DDR2 667 is the max speed of RAM that the macs I know of can support, so
make sure that the Compaq notebook doesn't have something like DDR2 1066
