I had some trepidation about attempting to install Leopard (10.5.6) on
my Panther-running, 800MHz 'half a soccer ball' iMac. The main reason
for the trepidation was the classification of my machine at Uncertain
at the Leopard Assist website here:

I'm guessing you mean an 800 Mhz G4, and it's very marginal, per their
requirements page:
Minimum hardware
• 1 GHz PowerPC™ G4.
• 512 MB RAM.
At the Apple online store, on the left column list, click on Mac
Accessories to see Apple's mouse options.
I'm sure you meant G5 (since % is 5 capitalized), and if you simply
search for Sketchup, Google's 3D modeling software (free or $495) and
click on Download, you will see the system

computer does not start
no chime
no light
no HD noise
The only sound is when you plug in the computer and push the on/off
button one can hear a small' bump' of power then nothing.
