It's a 20 model.
Curious... I replaced the original 160GB HD with a 500 GB, could this have
affected the power supply?

The hard drive shouldn't have anything to do with a power supply that's
stopped working because the power supplies supply a regulated 3.3, 5 and 12
volt current to the SATA power connector and a specific amperage (5 amps if
I recall correctly). I'm not sure about which power supply you need though
