Didn't think of that. That would definitely be better. I kept trying to
filter out the words "Draft" and "Sent". Duh.

Same here, but if I may point out a bit of a problem externally. I have a

Yeah, I guess I'm going to have to work with our customers to get rid of the

Norman,
I was just posted a remark about "mailing a draft to save it in the draft
folder". The issue I ran into is similar as follows:
Set a forward on an account. Edit a draft message and click save... The
draft message is not saved in the draft folder as "expected". Instead it is

I don't allow punctuation at all in usernames, but I know a lot of servers
do, so I figured I'd throw that in there as possibly a good alternative to
the hyphen for you.
My local rules are: 3-30 characters, all lower case, can contain numbers

This brings up another question -- I've had intermittent problems with email
names that have periods in them when the user accesses iMail via the Web
interface. And, sometimes, even with Outlook 2K. The weird part is that it
doesn't ALWAYS happen. But, sometimes the account is suddenly not

Hi Norman,
I would suggest not letting your users use usernames with hyphens at ALL.
According to the Imail Help file, it IS allowed...

characters and cannot contain spaces. You can use hyphen, but you should be

This may have been covered already, I've found a couple of references to
this in the KB. However, I haven't found any mention of this being a
security problem. So, in the interest of protecting others with the same
setup out there, here goes...

287 minutes is close to 300 minutes. Are you in the Eastern Time Zone? Are
you seeing the difference between EST and GMT?

I can't do that because we have to display slightly different content to different
users and the only way we can distinguish the user is by what address they typed in.

The number seems to be off by approximately 287 minutes.
To get the right result (within a few seconds), I used:

What I can say is this... I have tried and seen it tried... And it
typically fails. The user wants to drag their graph, word content,

That is easy. In DNS, have the MX records with preferences of 10 and

20 acts as a backup. You're done.

Hi,
is it possible to have the opportunity to replace some special text, in the
body of a mail sent in a mailing list,
by some special "variables" such as the rcpt email, or to process messages
before they are sent with a plug in
or a specific dll ?
thank you

We use this. Imail creates a temporary file that contains the entire
message and then passes that as a parameter to the program.
