Here is the fix I am pretty sure will work. This happened to me as well and my fix was this. If I unsubscribe in Netscape to some IMAP folders, I was not able to re-subscribe to them. If I added the users account using Outlook just for the fact to re-subscribe to the IMAP folders it worked fine.
