Worldnet.att.net has these issues from time to time. Ride it
out. I have a few people I regularly send mail to and they have issues like
this every month or so.

Just make sure that the n.n address is set as the primary address in
Exchange, so it is used
Sounds like you have a good handle on it. The only thing I can comment on is
when you make the change you just need to change your MX records to point to
the exchange box. Leave your imail box running for 48hours after the MX change.
