What do your logs show? Moist likely their ISP is now blocking port 25 and these messages are coming from their ISP, not your server. UNless you can match one of their send/receives up with your servers logs - the problem is with your customer/ISP.

OK guys, I need your help. I have suddenly begun getting calls from
customers who can't send email. They are getting responses like the one

I use ASSP as a replacement for Declude. It works just fine in front
of SmarterMail or IMail, and probably would do so in front of any mail
server. The only thing I do to the mail server behind ASSP is disable
its antispam features as they are no longer necessary. Saves
resources.

ASSP is an opensource smtp gateway. It is PERL powered so there is some
concern for it's ability to support high mail volumes on a windows platform.

When you promote a server to a DC, you remove the local SAM database
(actually not completely, there is one user left, but that user is only used
for DS repair mode). This can cause all kinds of issues with permissions.

Hello John,
Good ?.
Today, there is no way to sync your Outlook and your IMail web calendar.
This requirement is on the roadmap and scheduled for a future release. It

Good morning all,
It seems odd for a message to go out to this list and be completely
unanswered, so I'll hope not to be a nuisance and ask again.
Is there a way to get an Outlook Calendar and the Web Calendar to
synchronize? If so, how? If not, are there plans to include this in future
releases?
Hi,
over the weekend I did some changes updates on our company's servers.
- Upgraded the primary domain controller (schema-master) from WIN 2000
Server to WIN 2003 Server
- Made the server that runs IMail (WIN 2003 Server) a domain controller
in that same domain
While most things runs fine
