I have imail 6.03 running with an sql 7 backend, and about 100 users, of
which maybe 1 or 2 are using the system at any pint in time (max). Deletes
seem to take forever. When move to deleted folder is used there is a 30
second delay. This makes it pretty unuseable.

was received. It should try to deliver it at that time. If not, there should be some

Although it seems obvious - also check your current date/time on the server
that Imail is running on. I had a similar issue once only to find out the
current date/time had become screwed up.

Just set up a group alias (for fewer than 50 addresses),
SSL with IMail is covered nicely in the documentation for IMail.
Download the manual, then search for SSL so you find all references.

this message), so IMail is sending email to outside servers. If it can send
outside, it should have no problems with internal domains (assuming all your
configuration, NT and IMail are correct).

are the slow ones. I can live with that, I guess. At least the
issue is specific to a situation.
If they are large, there isn't much that can be done.

process, Browse, then Attach and if not done, could mean no attachment (and
people often do not enter text in the message body, when sending

We have been using the Imail List Server with little incident except for one
of our lists with 9,000 members on it. Peridocally the address file gets
deleted leaving only digest memebers.

Click on the SMTP security tab in there click on the edit kill file button.. Then
copy my list to your clipboard then past it into your kill file.. This will reject all
email from the list.. Trust me if I put them on the list there was a dam good reason
for it...
