2. Filter out all of the html mail garbage from the digest list.
It's getting more cumbersome to read this list since so many
posters are sending html messages to it.
This is more a matter of educating people that they should only use HTML in E-mail if
they are E-mail web pages!

Take a look at the source code; NS is notoroius for not displaying content
if you are missing any html tages - take a close look for closing tags -
(i.e.: closing /html or any closing table command - /td/tr or
