The specification is quite explicit: flags SHOULD be copied from the original
message to the copy at the time the copy is made.

If I copy an (unseen) message from folder A to folder B,
and then do a set flags \Seen \Deleted on the message
in folder A, will the \Seen flag be set on the message
in folder B? Or I guess I mean, MAY or SHOULD or MUST
the \Seen flag be set on folder B?
