One point bothers me. It is often called Crinium Lily, and also Crinum
. I think genus name is Crinum (Kry-num), but the common name Crinium.
Can some one clarify?

Crinum pseudomontana has yellow corolla
since the flowers here are pink with yellow lip it can be
Crinum neilgherrensis Wt. since it has 2-lobed lip
also the spike has evolved before the leaves hence it can be the above
species.

It is Scilla sp. but i think this should be *Scilla hyacinthina*(Synonym:
*Ledebouria revoluta, Scilla indica*).

Sibdas ji, I surfed and searched Crinium ... it appears to be some kind of
blunder carried with times ... most of the cases used as a common name ...
in rare cases, some nurseries use it erroneously instead of *Crinum*.
The dictionaries do not have any meaning for it.
