You can find the v1.2.0 Debian package compatible with ARM-based
distributions here:

For anyone coming across this thread, I found the apt-get install method
stopped working when I tried on a fresh Raspbian install, it couldn't find
the library. I'm a Linux newbie so perhaps I'm missing something obvious. I
did get this to work:
--Update your Pi, this may take a while...
sudo
After you tar you will install it with dpkg.
It will probably get started automatically at that point.
But if you want to start it/restart/stop just
sudo service influxd start (or restart or stop)
by default I believe the server will be available for http: requests on
port 8086

I'm on a raspi 2, but adding "deb https://repos.influxdata.com/ubuntu
jessie stable" to /etc/apt/sources.list let me install influx/telegraf via
apt.
