Here is the patch (diff actually) that will fix the problem of building the
Windows version of cvs.exe - the file annotate.c was missing from the
cvsnt.dsp project file.

Unix box. I think it would really be nice if we have the zip file
available to download from cvshome.org so folks that don't have a Unix box
