Hi Anthony, Take a look in the actual repository (//srv1/stor3/cvsroot/test/main/) and look for cvs.lock and cvs...lock. If the dates on this file are old (about the same date as the cvs crash), you can just remove the locks manually. Also, make sure you have write permissions in that directory.
