I'm interested to find out how many (if any) people are using the SASL
APOP patch that I posted a while back. The sasl_checkapop() prototype
is going to change in SASL v2, and if I change the code in pop3d now, I
want to know if I need to create another APOP patch for SASL v1.5.
Thanks,
Ken

Ken Murchison wrote this a few weeks ago in this list:

Configuring the server to use the alternate namespace is done by setting
"altnamespace: yes" in imapd.conf. The prefixes for the shared
namespace and other users' namespace can be set as well. The relevant
options from imapd.conf

How will this be merged?
You've got your Imap libraries confused. Cyradm only works with the perl
module Cyrus::IMAP::Admin that comes with Cyrus Imap version 2.xx
. IMAP-Admin-1.4.1 from Eric Estabrooks is a general Imap administration
module that sort of does the same thing but they don't work the same.
In your case

Hello,
I copied Admin.pm from IMAP-Admin-1.4.1 into
the site_perl/5.6.0/i586-linux/Cyrus/IMAP
directory of my perl distribution. There
also exists a symlink .../i586-linux/IMAP to
.../i586-linux/Cyrus/IMAP .
As long as I used the previosly installed
version 1.00 of Admin.pm, cyradm (=Shell.pm)

I am trying to get IMAPS running with Netscape 4.7x, but ether on AIX
4.3.3 nor Linux Red Hat 7.1 I can get it working. IMAP is working, POP
is working, when I use Netscape 6.0 or Netscape 6.1PR I also can use
IMAPS. In the case of Netscape 4.7x starttls and service-imaps are

Hi,
Will this ever be integrated into the cyrus CVS tree?
Thanks,
Nick
