Hi,
I am running Cyrus IMAPD 2.1.9 on RH 7.3.
I seem to be having a problem with reconstruct. From what I can see, if you
run reconstruct in a mode where you want it to discover and add missing
mailboxes, it only adds directories as mailboxes if there a cyrus.* files in
the directory. This creates
Hi.
I'm compiling cyrus-imapd and cyrus-sasl 2.1.9 from source and
everything has gone fairly good until now. I don't understand why I get

Hello,
I'm currently attempting to compile 2.1.9 on a Debian Woody (3.0r0) HPPA box. I'm
running into the following problem during linkage stage of the IMAP perl
library:
* If ld (2.12.90.0.1) is used, I get this:

Christian, thanks for the tip. I tried it, but it did not work by itself.
I had to edit the generated cf file and under the 'Parse1' part of 'Rule

Hello,
I've only found some passing references to this subject in the
list archive. What I learned from the person who posted this
question back in Febuary leaves me wondering.
Basically what I would like is for the admin user to have more
control over accounts, ie, act as if they were the user.
FYI, the client side of nntpd is essentially complete. It now works
with Pine, Netscape (Mozilla), and Outlook. The issue with Netscape and
Outlook was that they both seem REQUIRE support for the XOVER extension
(Netscape because of a bug and Outlook because of poor design).
The only major missi

Hi,
This generally is an issue with being over or close to over quota (or a large
mail attachment being deleted). From my experiences this happens with every
version of Netscape Communicator and Mozilla. The problem arises because
Netscape/Mozilla actually copies the message to the Trash fol

But prehaps CMU have their own name.

Hi,
I'm trying to use Berkeley DB 4.0.14 and am getting the dreaded
DBERROR db4: 4 lockers
messages even when only starting up the master process. From
what I've seen reported, the lockers number will only increase and
cyrus will eventually start failing.
Is it recommended to:

Hi!
I had the same problem one month ago, and it was with my boss mailbox! I
looked for a solution everywhere, I tried all and the only solution I found
was to delete the Trash folder and recreate again in netscape, and then all
was working as before.
Try this, you will see all will work as befor
