alpha tarball or cvs?

Hi folks, I'm setting up a new box and I'm planning on switching from 2.1.13 to one of the 2.2.0 alphas, either out of cvs or from the tarball on the ftp site. I imagine since the tarball on the FTP site was created (according to the ftp site) in march, the cvs is gonna have a number less bugs.

Cyrus 2.1.13 and cygwin?

Does anyone know if cyrus can be built and run on cygwin in W2K or XP? Not seeing any indication that others are doing it, I decided to try? I managed to build and install cyrus-sasl-2.1.13 into /usr, but configure of imapd (2.1.13) is failing. ./configure --prefix=/usr -with-bdb-incdir=/usr/
