fail miserably. If I just do standard 'configure...', 'make depend...'

except that some customers get mails, that cannot be download via pop3
or Imap.
The Download Starts and after a while The Client makes an tomeout.
We testet several Clients and it is not client depended.

I just tried the same test of opening an imap connection and APPENDing lots
of mail to various new mailboxes in there (Courier - cyrus move), with new
cvs code, so the 2.2 line of code, and still:
