It's the rotten music/videos those kids are downloading and listening to
George. I have started to block those sites and it really cuts down on my
bandwidth. Plus I have cut the speakers so that they can only listen if they
bring in their own headphones.

Unitedstreaming is the only site that can be
archived locally due to the bandwidth required for streaming video. The
licensing sites for the other sites does not allow for local
archiving.

The #90 is classified as an Urban Legend unfortunately. The link below
explains that the only way it could work is if you have to dial "9" to
access an outside line. Home users are completely safe from this exploit
and it sounds like most business systems are as well.
