At CCE we're not on the icn's grid (we get ours from Fred and his mobile pickup), Haven't noticed irregularities with the normal website. Video streaming from UnitedStreaming is fine. Ted.com is a little slow, but they don't have a good system to buffer their material. Haven't tried other

I believe the performance issue has been corrected. You may experience a short term decrease in performance until the backlog of traffic has been processed. The issue was the new switch I put in place over the weekend had its ports set to auto-negotiate, and ICN had there equipment to force

Sorry about the last glitch. I was completing settings to hard code the Ethernet port connecting the new switch to the router to ensure that link would not cause any performance problems. No outage was anticipated, but the change did cause a temp outage. Everything should be back up again.
