The second one, I believe, is Voice Over. Go into System Preferences, then Universal Access, then turn off Voice Over. Kids will sometimes accidentally hit the key combo to turn that on. Why it makes the duplicate menu entries is beyond me, but it does. --- Timothy A. Limbert Technology
