We want to start using communication software (voice/video) some between
offices and staff. One of the reasons is that we have to pay long distance
charges between buildings. No VOIP yet. We have been testing Skype and
Windows Live with our faculty and staff but I thought I would ask for
Say Mr. Kerns, I have the Spencer Public Library booked for Tuesday. I thought
I'd avoid Wednesday.

Skype is what I use a lot for anything like that. Works very well compared
to Windows Live in my opinion.Just my two cents.

Use Magicjack. Works great for all long distance. Myself and most of my
relatives use it. $20 for whole year Will recover costs in other long distance.
I have one I can loan you if you want to try it.
