Since our Principal and Supt have no idea about software. All purchases come
thru me. I then discuss with the teacher the purpose and use of the software.
When it really comes down to it, I usually make the final judgement.
I do inform the staff that most request need to be in to me before t

How do you guys handle requests from individual teachers for
software purchases? Do you have a process for addressing those? A
