We keep an updated database with ALL passwords, District and Students so
that we just reset the passwords in active directory

2. Are student passwords assigned by you or chosen by students?
Students fill out a acceptable use form at the beginning of middle
school and again at high school. Passwords are as

3. First time the password reset is free after that $5 per incident
4. We change password if there is a security issues. At that time they
can choose their own password. Fees as above if it need to be reset
