As a moderator/curator, you can add tags (=filters) yourself - but right
now, this functionality is broken. It /could/ be done via admin
interface, but tag entering is rather tedious there.
Can you make a report, so we can remember that we need to curate and tag
our own, official, Inkscape uploads
Note that you have to specifically search "0.48", to find it. Simply clicking
on the 0.48 filter doesn't find it. Just fyi
