Here are my comments on draft-ietf-ipv6-2461bis-09.txt. In general, I think
the document is ready for publication. Included below are a few substantive
comments that I would like to see addressed before publication, and some
editorial corrections/suggestions/comments.

Marcelo is working on organizing a SEND interop test sometime next year,
probably in Madrid. We are trying to identify implementors so that we can
find out whether there would be enough interest to hold the test. I have
private email from a couple people who told me they have implementations
