while, last August I heard it at this level. I have it down as Radio
Progreso, Sancti Spiritus, as best guess.

Radio. Also had listenable audio on 1206 France and 1134. 1134 was in
English at 0210, but it seems to me Croatia does have brief newscasts in
foreign languages during their night. Weaker audio also heard on 1575,
