With KCIS off (or on very low power backup--the religious music?) ,I wonder what was going on with CHED Edmonton which sometimes shows up under KCIS.Not a trace  I did get a temporary rise out of Boise ID but it soon fell back into the mud again.Unusual conditions on 630.Bill in BC.

Bruce, That is odd. I tried after Midnight and had CHED alone on the channel for a time. I wonder if it was cx or did KCIS go off? I never hear CHED These days dominant. If I hear it, it is buried u/KCIS. So maybe the soft rel mx I heard was a weak KCIS? KCIS normally is on top off the NE/NW EWEs.
