late w/day power a time or two and they are in the eastern part of the state so
likely on for EBS, When they are on full power late they blow WCCO away

like WTIC go silent for a couple of nights. Thanks to Craig Healy in RI for
the heads up. My results were very similar to Bill's.
Following WTIC's signoff at 2307 EDT 8/27, WOAP-1080 Owosso, MI was clearly the

on 279, 594, 693, 774, 828 and 972. The only audio was on 774 at 1302 utc not

KORC is listenable, but does have KGNW QRM. KORC may do some work to
improve their tower also. I get the idea from the e mail, KORC wants to
sell in Newport/Li
Rule of thumb is going from 1 KW to 5 KW should offer more than a 3 DB
boost.3 DB will make quite a difference, especially with a null to the
NE using the SW EWE. I do well with the coast of course being on the
coast. I easily get the majority of the OR/WA stations. KURY is one

get KORC on top or a mix, pretty poor, but listenable. The pot is
peaked very sharply. If KORC had more signal, I know it would be
dominant, but as Paul mentioned with KORC's short tower, they don't get

WVCD Bamberg is "stuck" on 1000 watts instead of the 100 night power. Sometimes
they get stuck on the 100 watts for weeks on end also.
This is verified by a friend that lives in Bamberg.
