My wife alerted me at 1315 UTC that she could smell smoke..
So, good time to get up and check for DX...
after assuring her that the coast was not only clear,

strong Korean big guns (972 and 1053) but unusually weak Japanese stations.
603-Hulun Buir had a steady weak signal throughout sunrise enhancement, but

TP conditions in Seattle were horribly pathetic this morning. There was
a carrier on 1566, but otherwise nothing.
My locals were their normal strength, so my antenna was working
