that the 1550 Transmission is a TEST TRANSMISSION for the imminent Switch from

any of my 3 antennae*: North facing corner fed loop, West corner fed loop,
and ALA 100. 1575 right now is at fair level with EZL modern music via

For the second time in a week, KRAE (new for me) was coming in here last night,
this time with an ID and 50's type mx that I wasn't really familiar with.
Peaked up to fair at 8 pm CDT "You're listening to 1480 KRAE, Cheyenne" and
into another song. I presume stuck on day power, but not sure. Her

By coincidence I was checking the band at the same time that Nick was
receiving his TP's during the PEI DXpedition (0944-1006), and found that
conditions were very good during the Asian sunset period. The usual Japanese
big guns (594, 747 and 774) had good audio in and out,
Glad you've had some TP activity. Very little to report from this side of
the country, though. From 13:50 UTC, a poor morning with weak audio on
