Thursday and Friday of this past week, someone on 840 was giving WHAS a good
fight between 1800 (sign-off time for my semi-local, KTIC) and 1815 ELT. This
station had a Bible teaching program hosted by an older male with a slightly
nasal voice (best way I can describe it). Both nights the a
R Sawa is in very clear tonight with various forms of modern pop dance music,
at times it sounds Spanish (the music not the language) at others it sounds
like Eastern pop. This is louder than whatever is on 1550 here, at times is
almost armchair copy.

Listened from 1356-1420 utc and conditions was down from yesterday with no
audio and only very weak carriers on 774 and 1566.

Hi Guys:
One New Station heard early this morning thanks to a tip from J. Reiger in
Milwaukee!! I had to sit on the frequency for about 10 Minutes til it faded
up...but when it did it had some Great Peaks!! Usually, WHKZ Warren, Ohio
dominates the frequency...but there was No Trace of WHKZ???
