I've noticed on my commute to work in southwestern PA a very strong OC
dominating 1620 at night. I assume it's the S Bend station . . . anyone know
what's up? Thanks.

even the carriers were few and far between, say 972, 1323, 1566
747 had a man talking in the soup, JJ inflection at 1452UT this
morning...but for audio, that was it.
