then IA and SA (at 6:15) but didn't note much else.

Heard Spanish one November evening on 810, with a wire beverage-on-ground
pointed southwest. I think I've seen Bogota reported more than others up this
way, but not sure in this case. Audio clips are as follows:

Thanks, John. I'll do some research at this end. My WRTH is at Burnt River,
and I hope to get up there soon. I have other Mexican lists up there and
will scour the web...

Spanish unIDs from the evening of Jan 8 at Burnt River ON. Clips posted online
I've posted two audio clips here of 972, heard at Burnt River, Ontario
(north of Toronto) this past October 19. Time was 2336 EDT (0336 UTC). I'm
leaning towards Libya or Iran, and wondering which, though I stand corrected
if advised there may be other candidates. I was getting a good signal
Hope you're taking photos. These'd be great cover pix for DX bulletins, for
club web sites, better yet even guidebooks of stations. Maybe you could even

hi-rez and well focused. Best bet is to take lots of photos, good

somewhat welcome. But this was a multi-faceted thread, and by cutting
everything you stripped your message of all context. Why not add a line or
two of context, indicating what you're responding to. For instance, who
