Tim, I am not excusing the XEs for all of the stuff they do. Not at all, but is it right "our" IBOC is QRMing so many XE's, and the Canadians too. They have done nothing to deserve this. I am sure IBOC hash does not stop at the border. I am surprised the XEs/Cubans are not starting a jamming war.
