Yes -- and NO. Not all Military Bases are owned by the Feds. 1480 in
Steilicoom, Washington could "rent" a parcel of land on the Fort Lewis Military

There are currently TIS type operations at some military bases, such as the one
on 1500 at Fort Lewis WA.
At one time, there was a large network of AFRS stations across Alaska,
including some wi
As long as the tower isn't on the base/military property, they can license

can't do diddly squat

First -- not ALL military bases are federal property. Some are rented and
like Fort Lewis, Washington -- . Most of the base is State Property and some
is owned by private land owners as well as other federal agencies. FM channel
104.9 A was allocated at one time to San Clemente, California.
