We have rain darn need 100 percent the next few days so no DXing for me.
If conditions are really super blazing good, I'll grab the umbrella and put
on my coat that's good for the rain and run out, otherwise on down for the

I don't doubt it actually - you are 1/2 the distance to the DX that we are.
You should be able to hear Korea on 1566 so loud that you would swear it's
next door.
I guess, to trot out that old yarn... "Paul can see Russia out his back
window..."

Going from memory, I think the CRI Korean service has been on 1323 for a

province on 1323 because the antenna apparently points this way. The

But we're talking about 1323, which has always been a CRI Russian
frequency. Just checking PAL shows it on in RR from 10:00. Paul, you have
to use UTC. Otherwise no one will follow you properly. Was your

The PAL was on a 3 month update cycle last year, but I fell behind the

Sometimes the wifi doesnt work out where I'm DXing and the cell network is
too slow to load anything past eibi's text only schedule and that takes
several minutes. I'll load it before doing out

Paul,
I can't get over how strong that signal on 1321KHZ was.
It just goes to show you how the band can be without any local pests.
Unfortunately I can't help you in identifications of these stations.
I wish you more DX success from the far north.

Some of the signals were pretty darn good while some of them were quite
marginal.
However, I don't know who any of the stations all. They were all in an
Asian language, but having a hard enough time with english myself, I can't
begin to figure out what they are saying or what stations these are.
