at the Lower Mainland anyway. They would rather move the whole operation
into Vancouver, but are licensed to the US. I think they both mainly

1550 used to be Bellingham back in the day if I remember right!? I DO remember
logging a DX test of KOQT back in the 70s.

KRPI's change is described on the FCC site as MINOR CHANGE TO A LICENSED
FACILITY ,
Technically, moving the transmitter site and increasing power really is a
minor change. A station can now actually change it's COL and move 30khz
either way and still be considered a minor change.
