Some EIPs have scheduled background tasks that periodically check for stuff,
like timeouts in aggregator, and whatnot.
We could look at having a way for a 3rd party SPI to plugin via
ThreadPoolFactory a way for using a custom scheduler instead of a
ScheduledThreadPoolExecutor.
