In Camel versions prior to 3.21.0 it was possible to write
{{RouteConfigurationBuilder}} configurations in Java that gets enabled on Camel
routes written in XML DSL. This is not possible any more, maybe due to a
regression from CAMEL-19156.
Use case to verify will follow soon.
