This issue represents first part of this feature:
* to wrap existing *Definition classes into Kotlin functions-builders
* to make Kotlin-ish Endpoint DSL
* to write some extension functions and infix operators to make code of Camel
route more prettier
Rework of exsting Kotlin DSL is not a part of this issue.
