It's not really a conversion, but the internal format is a BitmapEx, thus when
no more info for the original import is there, it can only be saved in the most

Checked the mechanism for BMP, indeed it does not work. Also found the reason:
There is no define for BMP in enum GfxLinkType in vcl at all, so it is not set
and saved at graphic

BTW: That little experiment works even at load time since AOO does a filter
detection, even when the data is named '1489037292B065D6.gif'
