I want to create a stipple for a fill on the entire canvas in a
way so that I see a grid on the canvas. I want this stipple to be placed on
the canvas in a particular alignment so that the grid points match certain
coordinates. So is there a way to figure out how the stipple is placed

Are you are using pre-compiled binaries? It seems so.
Probably the machine where I built the binaries linked
against libwebkit-1.0.so.2 and this file is not installed on your computer.

- install the same libwebkit versi

Recently updated to IUP 3.28, and did apt update and apt upgrade before to
recompile my IUP based programs (Linux Mint 19 - Cinnamon). It appears that my
programs using IupWeb cannot open (it runs, but returns immediatly), console
returns this :
error while loading shared libraries:

last few weeks has been very impressive!
I build IUP using various versions of GCC on different platforms,
and have noticed that it issues a warning
