This error means in generating tarball procedure, gbs couldn’t find the right
tag “upstream/v2.3.1_45_g0dac319” which is corresponding to the “Version” macro
definition in the source git tree.

I'm looking to detect when an application returns to the foreground after
another application has launched. Is there an event that will fire when an
application becomes visible to the user again?
