This error means in generating tarball procedure, gbs couldn’t find the right
tag “upstream/v2.3.1_45_g0dac319” which is corresponding to the “Version” macro

The direct resolve method is reinstall gbs after clean it and the dependences
thoroughly.
The path of 'depanneur' is /usr/bin/depanneur.
