from existing page automatically in eclipse.
I guess WTP doesn't support this, there is any way to can create backing
bean automatically.

Don't overwhelm yourself, just take on each topic one by one practice coding
using the things you learn cause I think right now you are skimming through
the whole JSP topic which is hard to understand if you don't start it from

I think you must refresh your Java basics especially Java Collections, you
usually don't use arrays for your models because the Collection framework of
Java is better.
Also, try to refresh your Object Orientation.
It could have been better if you have a Food class instead.
